WebSurrey RCMP say shortly before 9:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the 9900-block of King George Boulevard. When they arrived, officers found a man suffering from a stab injury. WebSurrey RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing youth. Joseph Chen was last seen at 2:30 PM on March 2, 2024, in the 16200 block of 88th Ave in Surrey. He has not been seen or heard from since. Joseph Chen is described as a 14-year-old Asian male, 5′6″, 123 lbs., with shoulder length black hair and brown eyes.
