WebDifferent sections of the EHCP All EHCPs have the same format and sections. Click here for more detail on each section. Annual review EHCP reviews take place at least once a year. There are three outcomes that come from these reviews: No changes made and the plan continues as before Amends made to the plan End the plan WebSection E outcomes should change and adapt throughout the life of an EHCP to reflect the changing needs and progress of the child/YP. Outcomes are divided into short-term and long-term, with the latter usually lasting until the end of the academic year/key stage/next stage of education.
