Even if it does, based on how long it’s been sitting it’s gonna need some real work. This car is worth scrap pricing since it doesn’t run. In that shape, you're buying a shell. Main concern is rust and electrical degradation. I think 800 is okay, but could go lower.

What you have available in the genre (and the quality of each option) will depend on what platform you're on, but PC3 is just PC2 with broken wheel support, removed sim elements and a handful of new additions offset by an even bigger handful of removed content that was in PC2.
