I ran 8 years on my Xterra down to ~12psi and never once had issues with sand/mud causing a leak around the rim. In 5k miles I have 2 that leak around it.

This is not an issue ... Web14 lug 2024 · Finally did some research and found the solution on JL forums. The lower ball joint castle nuts are just not torqued properly from the factory, plain and simple. If not for the cotter pins, they would fall right off. Both castle nuts were finger tight when checked. The issue has clearly rolled over from the JL’s to the JT’s.

The shop kept the jeep for a couple of days to try to replicate the issue and they succeeded. After not being able to start the car, they narrowed the problem to pin 29 in the TCM. Both batteries are connected parallel so the Jeep should start regardless. There's always power on the system. That's why it's so important to disconnect ALL grounds before working on the vehicle. Did you check your fuses?
