Start the engine, hold the footbrake, rev the engine up to about 3k RPM, and then let the clutch pedal out. (I know, this apparently takes 3 feet)

The dealer said that the clutch line was ruptured as a result of too much engine roll, due to the motor mount. If this is the case, the TSB should be a recall, not a TSB. That's the clutch return assist spring, it sits within the clutch assembly and helps the clutch travel back to its normal height for the last 2-3 inches.
