Hi Maureen, I think the best way to deal with this issue, is to put Tamsulosin and prostate cancer issues to one side and focus first upon blood pressure issues. I was probablly typical of many in that when I was first diagnosed with high blood pressure it was a major issue for both me and my doctors.
