I'm having a similar problem. iPhone XS, iOS 14.4.2 - when I view sleep data, it freezes up, and I have to force the app closed. If I try again, it will get one more step through, so I can view data from an individual day, but then it freezes there. Actually, I just tried it now, and it worked normally.
