WebChyme. It was basically a slime mob that was pretty low level and was constantly camped because this ring is used in the recipe for a sniper's ring. However you can no longer get the ring from Chyme. A few updates ago SE changed what items certain mobs dropped. Stropper (sp?) Chyme was included in this list.

But two good other rings are: Venerer Ring which gives Acc+3 from the Chasing Dreams quest, which is pretty easy, but time consuming. And Shikaree Ring which is the R/EX version of the Archer's ring and gives acc+2 and racc+2 and can get from killing the Stroper Chyme in Ordelle Cave.
