Hermes do have a reputation for getting the odd dodgy driver who steals anything that looks valuable, but their Customer Service is quite good these days and they will usually investigate and compensate you. But if you use Packlink, you can't even talk directly to Hermes CS. WebJul 30, 2024 · not only is ebay info on how to set up regular payments confusing (when you first pay you can do this anyway) but just printed my first Hermes label and its gone up from £2.78 to £3.30 !!! so who is gonna use labels when they can just pay £3 at post office? also everything you do now re labels it makes you sign in again. thats progress!

WebI have an item that I sent via "eBay Delivery by Packlink" sent via UPS on the 18th October 2024. UPS Smashed the item to pieces and took fully responsibility for that. I was told on the phone to UPS directly after damaged had occurred that they had no problem to either pay for or replace the item, but it needed to go through Packlink.
