WebApr 2, 2024 · DPD local online, apparently dont handle their deliveries themselves. I sent a parcel to France. So I placed order to DPD local online. Payment are directed to parcel2go. Customs are handled by dpd local and UPS handling in France. But apparently, DPD local online ONLY collects payments. I had 3 different tracking/reference numbers. Don’t even bother with customer services, they just cut you off before answering your questions or tell you to do something that ends up not working. Absolute shambles of a company. WebFast delivery of a great Vegetarian Afternoon Tea Hamper. Kept well informed of progress of delivery by DPD and it arrived in the time window which enabled my niece to be there to receive it. She said it was delicious and how did I find it as Vegetarian things like this are hard to find online. Will definitely use Cutter and Squidge again bases on this experience.
