So I started to figure it on my own. I deleted Roblox, reinstalled but no success. The only method that worked was to reinstall Windows. I installed Windows 10 and as soon as I launched it, it worked seamlessly. It's working perfect now. So I'm worried that you would have to reinstall Windows in order for Roblox to work.
