The CUMMINS grid heaters draw about 90 amps a piece VS the DURAMAX grid heaters 50 or 70 amps. I believe block heaters that are inserted in the engines frost plug port are the best heaters and get the heat to where it is needed. For those I would stick with ordering a unit from the tractor manufacture just to make sure a proper fit is achieved. J.
