Webtechniques similar to what Ilin and Raiko (2010) propose for Bayesian PCA could be adopted to handle missing data. In terms of classical models, the model can be interpreted as CCA complemented by two sep-arate FA models (or PCA models if assuming isotropic noise) factorizing the residuals of the CCA within each data set.
